For troubleshooting connection problems it may be necessary to detirme how your player is recieving data from the server.

  • First open up the Playback Statistics in Real Player Located here:


  • Next click on Streams tab

  • Choose the RealVideo Stream from the pulldown menu.


  • Make note of the Transport Protocol in use as highlighted above. This protocol may be defined as UDP, TCP, or HTTP. To use an alternate protocol follow the directions in the Network Transports section.
